Update 1.20. Way better inside



Hi!

We just pushed update 1.20 to the Store, so it should shortly arrive on your phones. Here is what we accomplished:


 1. One-time alarm. Now you can configure alarms to be non-repetitive. Also, we redesigned a bit the way how alarms page look.

2. We reworked internal logging system. Now you can easily submit diagnostic logs to us. Don't forget to include a description of your problems otherwise, we won't be able to help you.

3. We optimized main application view, so now it should be more responsive and load slightly faster.

4. Thanks to Vinicius Valença we added Brazilian Portuguese translation!

5. Improved app suspending/minimizing experience. From now it will disconnect from the band and reconnect when it is active again.

6. New firmware for Mi Band 2 (1.0.1.34).

7. Several UI tweaks here and there.

8. Plenty of bug fixes.

Even though not all of the changes are very visible, we hope that they will greatly improve your app experience.

If you like the changes and still haven't put 5 stars on the Store, go ahead and do it!

UPDATE 1.20.3: Possible fix of HR measurement stopping to work on Mi Band 2. Now saving manual HR measurements in the app's history. Dutch translation added, other translations fixed. Fix for Mi Band 1.0 firmware 1.0.15.0.

    Muy bien, las alarmas se ven mucho mejor. Además con el nuevo firmware recuperé la medición de cardio, que hacía tiempo no me funcionaba.

    Thanks, will the applications icons and notifications for calls be possible in not to distant future? One of two, would be very useful. Is very comforting to know that you are still worrying about the app and windows users.

    Thanks to all devs and others supporting this app!I started using my mi band 2 yesterday so I'm new to the game. Installed the app, bought the lifetime pro license and paired my device. Working nice so far!
    On my Lumia 950 XL I got the update to 1.20 installed from the store this morning. However, inside the app it says my firmware (1.0.1.34) is up to date but it's the same as yesterday. Can I force the app to re-check? And what's the new firmware version?
    One last question: How can I help to translate the application (My native language is Dutch).

      It means that you have latest firmware. 1.0.1.34, as mentioned above, is latest for now.

    ALELUYA,muchas gracias por la actualización de la app a la versión 1.20.0.50 y del firm de la MI BAND 2 al a 1.0.1.34, por fin me vuelve a funcionar la medición de cardio que hacia tiempo que no me funcionaba, (desemparejé y volví a emparejar y nada, desinstalé y volví a instalar y tampoco funcionaba la función de medición de cardio), ahora con la actualización de la app y del firm vuelve a funcionar todo.     1.20.34 cảnh báo ngồi lâu không chính xác.Lúc ngồi 10 phút cũng cảnh báo nhưng có khi ngồi cả mấy tiếng cũng không cảnh báo.
    Chế độ ngủ bật không chính xác. Tôi ngồi chơi game hoặc đi lại rồi vẫn hiện chế độ ngủ

    Awesome work guys! Love the single use alarms and suspend improvements!

    Any chance you can add some way to sync phone and miband alarms? I frequently don't wake up if I use just one and it's a chore setting them up in both places.

    Hi Bind mi Band team,

    The App is great, congratulations! I have 2 questions about it:
    1) Is there a way to import the .db backup file to an excell sheet?
    2) It seems that the Heart Rate automatic measure is not showed by the application. Only manual (using the touch buton) measures are shown in the history. Is that a bug?

      Activity.db is JSON file, so you can open it with text editor.
      We are adding manual HR measurements to history in next update.

    Please add an option to make the Band discoverable. Add an option to measure our heart rate continuously throughout the day in intervals set by the user 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. Add an option to check our heart rate scale during the sleep cycle. Make the tile life showing step taken calories burned, distance walked, and heart rate. Add in history heart rate too.

      As already said thousands of times, this app can't work on Windows Phone 8.x, because WP8 lacks Notifications API.

      yes, only W10M with Anniversary update have notifications... if anyone have unsupported WP8.1 device, W10M upgrade with some optimization hacks is available, if you need any help about upgrade, find me on red-gsm.net forum. i upgrade your device with Teamviewer without problem.

    Привет! Различаются показания километров на браслете и в программе ( на браслете 5,2км, в программе 4,7). Почему? Разный алгоритм? Что вернее? И будет ли история измерений пульса? Это проблематично или маркетинг (на будущее)? Спасибо!

    Hey, start using windows phone yesterday, needed this app so much, so 5* for that is well designed, it paired faster and sync faster than android app, the unique problem that this app have is not receiving the call vibration. its sad :(

    Hi !
    Endomondo recognize HR, see Mi Band 2 like HR monitor, if You can add function to continous HR, then in Endomondo we can monitor our heart rates! (i think, if You add only loop for HR checking in background, activating with ON/OFF trigger that's probably all) ;)

      We are going to check this out. But what is really happening is that Mi Band has non-standard HR service implementation, that's why other app's do not work with it. At least, they didn't when we tried last time.

    Thank you developers for making my wish true! I always wanted to use mi band with my Lumia ! Finally I am able to use my mi band 2 with Lumia 540! Everything is fine!     The last update of Bind Mi Band available 1.20.3.53 is causing sync errors of my Mi Band 2, and that never had happened in the previous updates of the application, was update today 16/04/2017 day when I open the application in this annoying error! Be careful when releasing updates for the application.

      These firmware upgrades of Mi Band 2 I do not give much importance, my Mi Band just makes the heart rate reading on firmware v 1.0.0.39 (I have the brown skin) .... so don't update the firmware of the Mi Band.

    I noticed that the band takes heart este measurements during the night. Is it possible to get those measurements in the app? To have a chart of heart rate values during sleep?

    Hello Ian would you like to disconnect Mi Band 2 from the Bind Mi Band application? I have a problem synced Mi Band with Onedrive, but I formatted my Smartphone, so I had to uninstall the application, only when it installs again and the application "restores user data" Mi Band does not connect more in Bind Mi Band, this problem has happened once to solve I had to create another account at Microsoft and I made the access in the store and downloaded the Bind Mi Band and connected Mi Band, but now I did it again and it did not work.

    Would you like to move the Bind Mi Band to the MicroSD Card or install the application on the SD Card? Not to happen that kind of problem that happened to me?

    One big warning for Lumia x20 owners: if you upgraded phone to Creators Update, dont make hard reset because you cant connect to Mi Band device.

      Then it will be able to intercept only calls from unknown numbers. And this trigger doesn't allow connecting to Bluetooth anyway, we tried.

      Unfortunately, as it I was saying earlier, it does not seem to be true in both cases. For calls notifications we require support on OS level, in case of phone unblocking - it is Xiaomi, who should make Mi Band compliant with Windows Hello security requirements.
